Returns & Exchanges

At CAMILLA AND MARC, we offer 14-day returns for a refund on full-price items and 7-day returns for store credit on sale items to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment bags and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
